What are the supervision requirements?

What ages are recommended for a visit?
All ages are welcome and encouraged to visit us here at BlocHaven! However, since our climbs aren’t typically set for younger climbers, the suggested minimum age is five.

Additionally, our auto belay wall is not allowed to be used by climbers weighing under 35 lbs. (maximum 300 lbs). Please keep in mind that there is no separate “kid zone” in the facility; all climbers share the same wall space!

Birthday bookings:

Only available Saturday and Sunday

Two assigned BlocHaven staff to help monitor included in pricing

Maximum party size of 15 climbers

Reserved party space in the Cafe

Group bookings:

More flexible when requesting available times

Staffing is not always a requirement (depending on age of climbers)

No maximum group size (note: groups of more than 25 must make note when requesting submission form)

For the organizer: set up an account and sign the legal waiver, located HERE. Payment information can also be saved to the organizer’s account to expedite the following steps throughout the booking process.
Submit a request form; your submission will be reviewed within 5 business days. Please expect an email from Hannah with details and confirmation of the booking request.
Send out the link to the Waiver to all anticipated climbers and spectators –this will help facilitate the check in process during your booking!
