This is part of a family-run business which is new (2021) to Greenville. Workload varies with customer traffic, which is projected to escalate as the Judson Mill retail area fills in. For the right fit, this position promises advancement opportunities.
Jobs include: baking prepped, “scratch” cookies; making sandwiches, assembling and restocking ingredients for smoothies; restocking drinks cooler; fully cleaning prep areas on an ongoing basis; dialing espresso; consistently fashioning espresso drinks; receiving orders; checking and reporting on stock to management; cleaning prep items on schedule; Leaving the cafe better than found, for the next shift.
Hours potential: up to 40 per week, beginning at 7:30 a.m.(M, W, F) and 9:30 a.m. (T, R, Sa); and closing by 8:30 p.m. weekdays, Monday through Sunday (11:30-6:30) Keep all tips, as shifts are solo, in addition to competitive hourly pay.

Summer Camp Counselor Seeking: Summer camp counselors. Who are enthusiastic, and want to share their love of climbing with youth in our Summer Camp program. BlocHaven Summer Camps run June 5th 2023 – August 4th 2023. We host 2 day camps a week; morning and afternoon. All of our summer camps are hosted in house with no “field trips” to other locations.
Job description: As counselors you set the tone for how the kids will react to activities at camp. You will help campers to become healthier and more well rounded individuals, by: Supervising campers and making sure that they know and are following the gym rules, preparing and leading a variety of activities that are age-appropriate, modeling good behavior for campers as it relates to sportsmanship, manners, and respectfulness, helping campers to set goals and work towards achieving them, facilitating and encouraging participation in camp activities, interacting with parents in a professional and polite manner.
Requirements: Must be 15 years of age, an ability to demonstrate basic climbing techniques, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children, general mobility including, but not limited, to walking, kneeling, and standing, and proven ability to maintain a safe environment for others in adherence with provided protocol and standards.
Job hours: Weekdays, 25-35 hours a week. You will be done by 5:30 pm everyday and have weekends off. There will be one day of mandatory training before summer camp begins. This is a seasonal position, however there is potential to become part of our team after summer camp ends.
