IMPORTANT TIPS: Please Read
- A parent or legal guardian must input their information FIRST
- Then choose the ‘Add a Household Member’ option to add anyone under 18 who will be in the facility
- Anyone over the age of 18, have to create their OWN profile i.e., spouses and children over 18
- DO NOT start the process with a child’s information. The system recognizes that they are a minor, and you will need to start over. An adult MUST input their information FIRST.
