How to book a group session?
- Review all commonly asked questions and pricing.
- Review the general Group Policies document, located HERE.
- For the organizer: set up an account and sign the legal waiver, located HERE. Payment information can also be saved to the organizer’s account to expedite the following steps throughout the booking process.
- Submit a request form; your submission will be reviewed within 5 business days. Please expect an email from Hannah with details and confirmation of the booking request.
- Send out the link to the waiver to all anticipated climbers and spectators –this will help facilitate the check in process during your booking!
